Limoncello Tiramisu with strawberries & red fruit

 

Ingredients
Mascarpone 200 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Limoncello 50 ml
Strawberries 10
Lady Fingers 6
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 100 grams
Water 120 ml

Preparation Method

  • Mix the Mascarpone, sugar and limoncello until all sugar has dissolved
  • Make your batter and fry the strawberries golden brown in 2 minutes in oil 180-185 degrees Celsius
  • Serve in a wine glass
  • Mascarpone at the bottom, strawberries on top with the ladyfingers in between
  • Garnish with red fruits, grated chocolate, icing sugar and a mint leaf
Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
