Chicken Sesame

 

Ingredients
Chicken thigh fillet 200 grams
Sesame seeds 25 grams
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 50 grams
Water 60 grams

Preparation Method

  • Cut the chicken in even portions
  • Scatter sesame seeds over the chicken
  • Make the batter and fry the chicken in oil of 180 degress in 4 minutes


Smedes Super Tip:
Great as a snack, serve with (flavoured) mayonnaise or aioli
Or serve as starter or side dish with a lettuce, spinach and mango with a sesame dressing

Professional Batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
