Pumpkin feta balls with sriracha and flat bread

Preparation method

  • Put the pumpkin, feta and pumpkin seeds in the blender and grind them fine
  • Now add the batter mix with a splash of the water
  • You now have a pumpkin dough and can make beautiful pumpkin balls
  • Fry them for 3 minutes and bake your flat bread
  • Garnish your sandwiches with lettuce, cucumber and sriracha mayonnaise

 
Ingredients

  • Pumpkin cubed 200gr
  • Feta  40gr
  • Pumpkin seeds 25gr
  • Batter Mix Golden Crispy 100gr
  • Cucumbe  50gr
  • Lettuce 1 piece
  • Sriracha mayonnaise  50gr
  • Flat bread  2 pieces
  • Water 50ml

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
