Peach Melba with beer batter

Preparation method

  • Drain the peach pieces and dip them in the dry batter mix
  • Now prepare the batter and fry the peach for 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • Peach slices or halves 1 tin
  • Beer bater 200gr                                    
  • Raspberry coulis 50gr
  • Raspberries 16
  • Some fresh Mint

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
