Approx. 20-25 bite size snacks
Method:
- Ensure you have a deboned mackerel
- Mix the mackerel with the batter and add water, goat's cheese and parsley.
- Form the mass into bitesize snack balls, if the consistency is still too wet then add a bit more batter and fry for 3 minutes
- Serve with remoulade sauce.
