Jack fruit rendang with flat bread

Preparation method

  • Drain the jack fruit in a sieve
  • Now add the batter mix and knead into small burgers
  • Fry them for 3 minutes
  • Bake the flat bread for 2 minutes
  • Top the bun with the jackfruit, mango, cucumber and samphire

 
Ingredients

  • Jackfruit 200gr
  • Asian Batter Mix asian 150gr
  • Flatbread 2 Pieces
  • Cucumber 50gr
  • Mango 1
  • Sriracha mayonnaise 50gr

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
