Preparation method
- Cook the dessert rice in coconut milk and let it cool down
- Mix the rice with sugar to sweeten it
- Mix the rice with the batter mix and shape into balls and fry for 3 minutes at 180°C
- Garnish the dish with the Mango Chutney and mint

- Some fresh Mint
