Fried Mullet with Asian noodles

Method

  • Prepare your batter
  • Boil the noodles "al dente" and ensure they are properly drained
  • Prepare your vegetables in the Wok with the curry paste, ginger syrup, and soy sauce
  • Fry the Mullet
  • And serve in a deep plate and garnish the fish with Coriander.

  • Red Mullet fillet  Pieces 20
  • Noodels Grams 180
  • Asian vegetable mix Grams 180 
  • Soy sauce Ml 100
  • Ginger syrup Ml 75
  • Yellow curry paste Grams 50
  • Coriander Grams 25

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
