Apple Rings

Ingredients
Apple 2 pieces
Almond paste 120 gr
Batter flour / batter 150 gr
Water 125 ml
 
Preparation Method

  • Remove the core and cut the apples into ring of approx. 1 cm
  • Cut thin slices of the almond paste and place it in the middle of the apple
  • Put the battermix in a mixing bowl and bread your apples
  • Take the apples out, and make the batter with the rest of your battermix
  • Fry the apples for 3 minutes at 180-185 degrees
  • Serve with sugar and your favorite ice cream!

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
