Falafel

 

Ingredients

Tin chickpeas 500 grams
Red onion 1
Garlic Clove 1
Parsley 75 grams
Coriander 75 grams
Spanish pepper 1
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 100 grams
Lime peel grated 5 grams

Preparation Method

  • Cut onion in segments
  • Remove the seeds from the Spanish pepper
  • Put all ingredients in a blender en cut till all a5re mixed well
  • Create round shapes and put on a plate with baking paper
  • Leave all in the fridge to cool for 15 minutes
  • Fry for 4 minutes at 180 degrees
