Preparation method
- Cut the chicken thigh in half
- Add the batter mix to the water and stir
- Bake the flatbread at 160C for 2 minutes
- Dip the chicken thigh in the batter and fry for 4 minutes
- Garnish the flat breads with wakame, avocado, saltwort and radish
- Cut the fried chicken into 4 pieces and place on the flatbreads
- Divide the sesame dressing over each of the bread pieces
