Ingredients
Avocado 1
Mango 50 grams
Chicken thigh meat in blocks 50 grams
Spanish pepper 5 grams
Sesame seeds 3 grams
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 50 grams
Preparation Method
- All ingredients cut in blocks need to be of an even size!
- Cut the avocado and mango in small blocks
- Remove the seeds from the Spanish pepper and slice very finelystrooien
- Add the chicken blocks to the avocado and mango and pepper
- Add the sesame seeds and batter flour or batter mix
- Create round shapes of approx. 50 grams each and fry in oil of 180 degress in 4 minutes
- Serve with a coriander mayonnaise
Smedes Super Tip:
You can also make this recipe with seafood, just replace the chicken with crab meat or make a vegetarian version by replacing the chicken with an extra 50g of avocado!
