BBQ wrap with chicken, iceberg lettuce and tomato salsa

Method

  • Prepare your batter
  • Fry the chicken thighs for 6 minutes
  • Cut the tomatoes in halves and fry them lightly together with the onions, quench this with the BBQ sauce en let simmer till onions are done.
  • Fill the wraps with the salsa and chicken and top it off with iceberg lettuce.

  • Chicken batter Grams 300
  • Water Ml 325
  • Chicken thighs Pieces 10
  • Wraps Pieces 10
  • Bbq sauce  Grams 200
  • Red onion in rings Grams 100
  • Iceberg lettuce Grams 250
  • Cherry tomatoes Grams 250

Professional batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, ratio 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
