Banana Chocolate Fritters

 

Ingredients
Banana 1
Dark Chocolate 50 grams
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 50 grams

Preparation Method

  • Cut the banana in small square pieces
  • Grate the chocolate or cut in fine even pieces
  • Mix all-in together with the batter mix in a mixing bowl
  • Put the mix in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
  • Use an ice cream portioner to create scoops
  • Fry the scoops for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
  • Serve the banana fritters with salted caramel ice cream en vanilla ice cream
