Banana 1
Dark Chocolate 50 grams
Smedes batter flour / Batter mix 50 grams
Preparation Method
- Cut the banana in small square pieces
- Grate the chocolate or cut in fine even pieces
- Mix all-in together with the batter mix in a mixing bowl
- Put the mix in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
- Use an ice cream portioner to create scoops
- Fry the scoops for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
- Serve the banana fritters with salted caramel ice cream en vanilla ice cream
