Preparation method
- Blanch the peas and put 200 grams in a blender, mix the rest later for more structure
- Mix the peas with a little of the cooking liquid and Parmesan cheese and finally add the batter mix
- Add some olive oil to the salad leaves and garnish the salad with the other ingredients
