Chicken Chimichurry sandwich

Preparation method

  • Cut the chicken thighs in half
  • Mix the batter mix with water
  • Bake the ciabatta off in the oven
  • Dip the chicken in the batter mix and fry for 4 minutes
  • Mix the little gem with some basic dressing
  • Spread the chimichurri on the ciabatta and top with the little gem and the chicken

  • Chicken thigh Pieces  4
  • Ciabatta (bake off) 4
  • Little gem  1
  • Chimichurri 80gr
  • Batter Mix Golden Crispy 240gr
  • Water 200gr

Professional Batter
  • Weight the batter mix and measure the water, 500gr : 600ml
  • Use a whisk and mix gently
  • The batter should glide from the whisk, not drip
